Position Summary: This role involves supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals. The employee maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, adhering to forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Key Responsibilities Fulfill Member Fax‑n‑Pull and Click‑n‑Pull orders by reviewing, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing to ensure order accuracy and invoice correctness. Ensure items are secured until members arrive and follow up on back‑orders to meet member needs. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Communicate progress and recommend improvement opportunities while adapting to change, learning from feedback, and seeking new skills. Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy. Apply integrity in all business processes and practices, emphasizing humility, honesty, fairness, and transparency. Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the local minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, subject to schedule, location, and specific work performed.
