Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Grove City, Ohio — earn up to ($1894 - $1993 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions effectively.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and quality improvement initiatives.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and telemetry readings.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve personal nursing practices.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff as needed.
Stay updated on the latest telemetry technologies and nursing practices.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Ohio with telemetry nursing experience.
Strong ability to interpret telemetry data and respond to changes.
Proven experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Ability to maintain accurate patient care documentation and telemetry readings.
Experience in educating patients and families on health management.
Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control measures.
Ability to utilize performance metrics to enhance nursing practices.
Experience in training and orienting new nursing staff.
Willingness to stay updated on telemetry technologies and nursing practices.
