Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas — earn up to ($1539 - $1620 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor and interpret telemetry data to assess patient conditions.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve nursing practices.
Contribute to achieving departmental targets and performance goals.
Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Texas and BLS certification required.
Ability to interpret telemetry data and respond to patient needs.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Experience in telemetry nursing or critical care nursing preferred.
Commitment to safety protocols and infection control standards.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Familiarity with performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient documentation.
Willingness to mentor and train new nursing staff as needed.
