Associate Medical Director

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in St. Louis, Missouri.

This role is with a mission-driven, community-based health center focused on expanding access to high-quality healthcare for patients of all ages.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: $195,624 – $293,295 annually
  • Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000
  • Eligible for Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000
  • Relocation Bonus Available

Responsibilities

  • 3 days of administrative leadership and 2 days of clinical care per week
  • Maintain a personal patient panel (all ages, outpatient)
  • Supervise and mentor physicians, mid-levels, and clinical staff
  • Lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives
  • Support strategic planning and operational effectiveness
  • Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Active Missouri Physician License
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical leadership experience (FQHC preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • EMR proficiency (EPIC preferred)
