The Junior specialist is an entry‑level employee who will perform variety of tasks under the supervision of senior specialists or other more experienced professionals. The Junior Specialist will provide expert support in the area(s) specified by the customer to include management, information technology, finance and accounting, auditing, cost estimating, risk analysis, or data analytic/automation development. Responsibilities Performing research and analysis of data in order to identify trends or opportunities for improvement. Providing customer service to internal or external customers by answering questions about products or services. Preparing reports by summarizing data or presenting findings in written format. Supporting senior management by preparing presentations, reports, and proposals. Duties include but are not limited to developing and applying individualized approaches for problem solving in the associated areas, as needed. Qualifications Currently hold, or able to obtain and maintain, DHS fitness determination. Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or applicable related field.
