Job Title: Audio/Visual Support Engineer Location: Hopkinsville, KY (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Required Technical Skill Set: Crestron Audio/Video device setup & Support, Teams conferencing setup. Conference room support, Zoom setup & Support Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Primary Skills:

1. Provide white glove support onsite for Audio/Video solution at conference rooms for larger events, meetings, and webinars.
2. Performing tasks that require physical presence at a Customer Locations.
3. Performing installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Audio/Video devices, Conference rooms devices, Windows devices, and Teams /Zoom conferencing solutions.
4. Performing connectivity management tasks such as connecting, hard reset, soft reset, providing remote access to Level 2 teams and supporting remain to support whole meeting or event durations.
5. Replacing faulty or damaged Equipment Components, such as hard drives, power supplies, or network cards.
6. Performing basic troubleshooting steps such as power cycling Devices or checking physical connections.
7. Performing physical maintenance tasks such as rack and stack operations, Equipment labeling.
8. Handling the installation, replacement, or removal of Equipment Components.
9. Ensure proper physical connectivity by connecting and testing network cables, fiber optic connections and communication links.
10. Maintaining an inventory of Equipment, tracking serial numbers, and managing spare parts, and
11. Performing on-site troubleshooting tasks, such as verifying power and network Connectivity, checking indicator lights, or physically inspecting Devices
12. Perform asset management.
13. Perform Audio/Video testing on conference rooms and prep the rooms 1 hour before the events or meetings

1. Strong knowledge in ITIL process.
2. ITIL Certification
3. Strong communication
4. Good understanding of Audio/Video technologies
5. Good understanding of VIP support for conference rooms setup
6. Good experience with End user and Deskside support
