Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Picker & Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Picker & Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Picker & Packer (Forklift Experience Required)

Location: POTTSVILLE, PA

Pay Range: 19$

Shift: 1st Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Operate handheld or fixed warehouse scanning systems to locate, identify, and track products accurately.
• Select items from storage locations based on detailed order requirements.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment, ensuring quality control.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload inventory efficiently.
• Maintain organized work areas and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification and proven forklift operating experience.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center, preferably in a pick and pack role.
• Proficiency with warehouse scanning systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, with a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
