Position Summary Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals. Responsibilities Maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and proper handling of hazardous materials. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items from shelves, scan items, wrap and palletize items, ensure order and invoice accuracy, secure items until members arrive, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback. Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues and concerns, and promote the Company’s products and services.
