Schedule/Hours:

• 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.; night shifts, weekend rotation required.

Qualifications Sought:

• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact State.
• BLS (CPR) certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• At least 1 year of RN experience, with additional psych/clinical specialty experience highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Closely assess and monitor psychiatric patient needs and conditions.
• Develop and tailor individual nursing care plans using thorough analysis of patient histories and clinical findings.
• Administer medications, conduct treatments, and manage all essential nursing processes.
• Ensure precision in medical records alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a highly-skilled, interdisciplinary team to advance care planning.
• Continuously evaluate patient responses, adjusting care as necessary for optimal results.
• Participate in other unit-specific duties as required.
