Work within an 18-bed pediatric unit comprising 4 PICU beds, 3 step-down beds, and 11 med/surg beds. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and gain exposure to a variety of patient acuity levels-from general pediatric care to critical care scenarios.
With day and night rotations totaling 36 hours per week, you'll be part of a dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are valued. As census fluctuates, travel RNs may take care of med/surg pediatric patients, step-down cases, or float to the ICN-enhancing your resume with diverse pediatric experiences and exposure to different care levels.
