The hours are completely flexible and at your convenience and from any location. We are looking for US residents only at this time. You must own your own computer and printer and have reliable internet service. All of our programs are online. Responsibilities Month End and Year End Closings Sales Tax Filings Expense and Bank Management AR Reconciliations Fixed Asset Maintenance GL Reconciliation Customer Service You would be provided with ample training on our internal systems and workflows. We are looking for a person who is very comfortable and adaptable with technology, expert in QuickBooks Online and Desktop and Excel, loves a challenge, enjoys critical thinking, respects a deadline and has the ambition and drive to move forward in life. We are looking for someone who can work independently with little supervision and is able to stay organized and prepared for our weekly one on one times. We are looking for a person who always wants to know the "why" behind what we do. What We Have to Have Recent Public Accounting Experience. Expert in QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Expert in Payroll Processing Across All Platforms. 3-5 Years Full Cycle Accounting Experience. Payroll Processing Experience and a Deep Understanding of Payroll Returns Deep Understanding of What Makes up each Financial Statement. Ability to Research and Critically Think When Help is Not Available. Sales Tax Filing, Research and Calculation Experience. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
