Job Description
We are seeking dedicated candidates to assist in the installation of solar panels, torque tubes, racking, hucking/bombing, kitting, QA/QC, and trash cleanup for the mechanical build of a solar farm. The ideal candidates will have experience with Nextracker technology.
Responsibilities
Join a team that is Strata Solar's preferred mechanical contractor, offering continuous work opportunities. Be part of a significant 100 MW project in Virginia, with additional sites on the horizon. Enjoy the stability of consistent work hours, with 50+ hours per week.
Work Environment
Work on a 100 MW solar site as part of a mechanical crew responsible for installing racking systems, torque tubes, and panels. Collaborate with approximately 80 workers, working 5-6 days per week for around 50 hours. Start your day at 7 AM, working in various weather conditions. Benefit from a weekly per diem of $20 per day, with hotel accommodations covered, except for unexcused lateness or absences.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
