Qualifications Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self‑motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission. Commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays. Reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius. Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
