Job Description
Trinity Prep School is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our school community. This position is often the first point of contact for families, students, and visitors, so we are looking for someone who is professional, welcoming, and has a genuine heart for children.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday during the school year
Reduced hours during the summer months
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front-desk communications
Support daily school operations with clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with care
Assist with scheduling, forms, and general office organization
Collaborate with faculty and staff to support a positive school environment
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency with Google platforms (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
A genuine love for children and alignment with the mission and values of Trinity Prep (signed Statement of Faith required)
