Strong understanding of the Salesforce NPSP platform, with the ability to build custom fields, objects, permission sets, and flows. Deep familiarity with Salesforce reporting, including the ability to create custom report types and to create complex filter and cross-filter criteria. Experience with nonprofit processes preferred. Experience gathering detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system. Experience with end user training and creating business process documentation. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, part Salesforce analyst. Preferred but not required Marketing Cloud experience. SQL knowledge preferred. Ability to sometimes be on-site at WBUR.
