Position OverviewWe are seeking Trauma Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide immediate and critical care for patients with acute injuries and life-threatening conditions.
Pay RatesFull-Time: $45 $55/hour
Per-Diem: $60 $70/hour
Perform rapid assessments and triage patients
Provide emergency interventions and stabilization
Collaborate with trauma teams and physicians
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes
Document all care provided
Ability to perform in high-pressure environments
Strong decision-making and clinical skills
Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
BSN Required
Magnet-ready experience preferred
BLS and ACLS required
Trauma or ER experience preferred
