A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Partner to join its Nashville office and help lead the continued growth of its Real Estate Litigation practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for an established litigator to advise clients on high-stakes disputes involving commercial real estate transactions, development projects, property rights, and complex business conflicts. The successful candidate will represent owners, developers, landlords, tenants, investors, and other real estate stakeholders in sophisticated disputes arising from real estate transactions, partnerships, construction projects, financing arrangements, purchase and sale agreements, easements, title matters, boundary disputes, and commercial lease issues. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Active bar admission in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Significant experience handling complex commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate, construction, environmental, or related disputes preferred. Proven track record managing sophisticated litigation matters from inception through resolution.
