Job Overview

Pay Range: $47.08hr - $51.08hr

Responsible for managing physical security technology capital projects, ensuring alignment with security standards, business goals, scope, schedule, and financial requirements.

Reviews and interprets project requirements, construction plans, and contractual obligations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirement/Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • Thorough knowledge of project, program, or contract management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex projects and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to review and interpret construction and technical drawings.

Experience

  • Five to eight years of experience in program, project, or contract management.
  • Experience managing physical security or related technical capital projects.
  • Experience with contract review, drafting, and negotiation in a business environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a portfolio of physical security technology capital projects.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, scope, budget, and risk management activities.
  • Review engineering plans and drawings to ensure compliance with standards and project goals.
  • Coordinate daily with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and present project status updates in meetings and reports.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, and financial tracking.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Manage vendor activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits and field assessments for project execution and scope validation.
  • Track project accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
  • Support contract review, approval coordination, and agreement processing.
  • Monitor contract changes, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Participate in project meetings and cross-functional coordination activities.

Should Have

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with OSHA safety standards preferred.
