Responsibilities: - Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand cleaning needs.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow team members.
Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required; we provide training!
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques.
