Role Description

  • Serve as the on-site administrative hub for all field operations, providing day-to-day support to project managers, commissioning leads, and field crews
  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation including daily field reports, timesheets, work packages, and commissioning records
  • Track and coordinate crew schedules, mobilization logistics, accommodations, flights, and vehicle assignments
  • Support the preparation and submission of progress invoices by compiling field hours, expenses, and supporting documentation in a timely manner
  • Manage on-site procurement needs including consumables, PPE, and miscellaneous field materials, ensuring proper documentation and approval workflows
  • Act as the first point of contact for site-level administrative inquiries from both internal team members and client representatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive project, personnel, and commercial information

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills for managing schedules, documentation, and office processes
  • Experience in Operations Management and the ability to coordinate project workflows
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients
  • Customer Service expertise to manage client inquiries and maintain satisfaction
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Background in electrical engineering or relevant technical fields is a plus
