We are seeking full-time Store Managers for our state-of-the-art service, repair, and tire center in Cicero, NY. Responsibilities Automotive Store Managers are responsible for the management of a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs. Key duties include: Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Implement and manage sales programs and advance Midas’s sales initiatives. Communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Track performance using the digital dashboard and lead by example to reinforce Midas’s position as the premiere tire and auto service retailer. Qualifications Experience: At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
