Uniform support: we cover uniform expenses. Position Overview As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in operating the Midas retail location efficiently, safely, and effectively. You will enforce policies, schedule mechanics and technicians, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timeliness of jobs, and meet customer expectations. As a Service Manager, you will assist customers with tire selections, recommend necessary under‑car repair services, and drive the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians. You will communicate directly with customers, assess their needs, provide information on repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet their expectations. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience. Must be 18 years old or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds. Strong dependability, teamwork, and commitment to quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
