Why Work Here?
You will join a manufacturing operation that relies on advanced, engineered products used in demanding off-highway access systems, giving you the opportunity to work on meaningful and technically engaging equipment. The role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of the electrical function on site and make a direct impact on reliability and production uptime. You will work in an environment that values trust, independence, and accountability, where your expertise is recognized and relied upon daily. The company’s focus on engineered solutions provides ongoing exposure to specialized systems and the chance to continuously develop your technical skills.
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility located in Sheridan, Arkansas. The facility is not climate controlled, and temperatures will vary with the seasons, though fans are used to help circulate air throughout the workspace. The environment includes industrial machinery powered primarily by three-phase motors, PLC-controlled systems, and AC/DC drives, requiring regular hands-on work with electrical panels, conduit, and high-voltage equipment.
