What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate, schedule, dispatch, and oversee both domestic and international shipments
• Collaborate with a network of third-party transportation providers to ensure efficient service delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, customers, and suppliers/receivers
• Monitor shipment progress, maintain accurate data entry, and ensure end-to-end shipment visibility
• Provide timely updates on shipment status and milestones while resolving customer inquiries with a high level of service
• Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve service issues or exceptions while maintaining customer confidence
• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance service quality
• Support account growth initiatives through consistent service execution and insight-driven feedback
• Manage individual responsibilities while working collaboratively within a team environment
• Share insights, support team objectives, and contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture
• Identify and recommend process improvements to strengthen team efficiency and overall company performance

Who We’re Looking For

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
• One to three years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field
• Prior experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus
• Familiarity with daily and weekly shipment cycles and operational workflows
• Working knowledge of DAT load boards preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills with confidence in phone-based interactions
• Experience evaluating and vetting transportation carriers is a plus
• Proficiency with 10-key data entry preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to make sound, timely decisions
• Dependable, ethical, and collaborative team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Experience reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Comfortable working within a Windows-based operating system
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

What You Can Expect

• $20.00/hr, depending on experience
• Monday – Friday, 12:00pm – 4:00pm or 1:00pm – 5:00pm
