Home Painting Sales Representative (Remote/Field-Based)

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for transforming homes? Do you excel at generating your own leads and building lasting client relationships? We're seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Home Painting Sales Representative to join our team.

In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for identifying and securing new residential and/or commercial painting projects. Your ability to proactively source leads, conduct compelling presentations, and guide clients through a seamless sales process will be key to your success and earning potential.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online marketing, and direct outreach (e.g., door-to-door canvassing).

• Meet with prospective clients at their properties to assess painting needs and provide expert recommendations.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and comprehensive project proposals.

• Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting our company's value proposition and addressing client concerns.

• Negotiate terms and close sales, securing signed contracts for painting projects.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with our painting crews and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, paint products, and application techniques.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the home services or construction industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Demonstrated ability to independently generate and cultivate sales leads.

• A customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

• Strong understanding of painting materials, techniques, and color theory (or a willingness to learn quickly).

• Ability to accurately estimate project costs and create professional proposals.

• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a robust sales pipeline independently.

• Proficiency with CRM software and basic office applications.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with an average income potential ranging from $45,000 to $150,000 annually , depending on your experience, lead generation capabilities, and sales performance. We offer a competitive commission structure, with additional bonuses and incentives for high achievers.
