We are seeking an Estate Sales Field Manager who is energetic, hardworking and quick learners to join our team. During the week you will help with networking and client consultations, help stage homes for estate sale, evaluating items for pricing. On the weekend, you will aid in the operation and execution of the estate sale.

The Field Manager is an expert when it comes to running an estate sale. Within this role, you will be in control to make sure that the sale process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for supervising the on-site team and providing oversight and direction.

Attend in-home consultations with families preparing for estate transitions, present pricing, timelines and service benefits clearly and confidently and handle objections and close contracts at or after the consultation Responsible for removing, sorting and organizing items throughout clients' homes, including those in attics, basements, storage areas Knowledgeable on each aspect of the estate sale process to effectively answer all questions that arise before, during and after the sale and ensure the estate sale process runs smoothly and efficiently Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the Blue Moon Estate Sales core values and brand standards Build relationships with clients and guide them through estate sale, auction and cleanout options Develop local referral relationships and attend networking events Proactively reach out to realtors, probate attorneys and senior communities and use out CRM to track all leads, appointments and follow-ups Stage items for display to create a pop-up retail shop environment inside of each residence, evaluate and place a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale Be the point of contact with each sale's client and deliver excellent customer service
Previous estate sale or retail experience preferred Must be customer service oriented, reliable and trustworthy Bilingual (Spanish/French) a Plus Willingness to learn basic product pricing Ability to work flexible hours and in a variety of locations o Locations will vary from week to week depending on the sizes of clients' homes and the number of sales happening within two week periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must have access to reliable transportation Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
