Team leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing events team, including event sales managers as growth allows
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to exceed sales targets and provide best-in-class service
  • Cross-functional collaboration & stakeholder management
  • Foster strong relationships with GMs, chefs, and market leaders to align event operations with daily service
  • Act as escalation point for high-profile and VIP clients
  • Support Operations with training and execution standards for private dining across markets

Revenue management & performance

  • Partner with Finance to evaluate pricing, margin performance, and revenue optimization
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Work closely with Marketing to build event-specific collateral, digital assets, and campaigns

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require
