Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing, partnerships, and business development initiatives. Prepare business reviews and performance reports for strategic partners and internal stakeholders. Investigate business questions through ad hoc analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Analyze customer experience, service quality, cancellations, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities. Support financial forecasting, budgeting analysis, and performance tracking through analytical models. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively. They should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, operations, finance, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Public Health, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems. Proficiency in SQL, Excel modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau. Experience with a programming language for analytics, such as Python or R, is preferred. Ability to leverage AI-powered tools responsibly to improve data analysis and productivity. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with teams across an organization. Ability to manage both strategic analytical projects and ongoing operational reporting needs.
