Part-Time Customer Service Representative

A local State Farm agency is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is designed to help support our current team by handling incoming calls and assisting with basic customer service tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for fractional or part-time work, such as a student, parent returning to the workforce, or anyone seeking a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Assist customers with basic service requests
• Take messages and follow up with team members as needed
• Help with light administrative and office tasks
• Provide friendly, professional customer interactions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, dependable, and organized
• Comfortable on the phone
• Basic computer skills
• Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Licensing is not required for this role

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable training programs. Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
