The Role As CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising CRM campaigns that improve customer engagement, increase conversion, and reduce customer attrition. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Data teams, you will own customer lifecycle initiatives, manage audience segmentation, and deliver personalised campaigns through Pardot while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing CRM strategies focused on customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing Building, managing, and optimising email campaigns and automated customer journeys within Pardot Creating and managing audience segments to deliver targeted and personalised communications Mapping and optimising customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion Supporting SMB marketing initiatives and identifying opportunities across key customer segments Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Data teams to deliver integrated campaigns Driving initiatives to reduce customer attrition and improve customer lifetime value Producing regular performance reporting and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders You – Skills & Experience: 3–5+ years' experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing- in a finance environment Strong hands‑on experience with Pardot , including campaign management, audience segmentation, and reporting Proven experience developing and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns Experience driving customer retention and attrition reduction strategies Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle optimisation Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience with Salesforce CRM Background within payments, fintech, or financial services Previous experience working closely with creative and design teams Based in or near Jacksonville, Florida #J-18808-Ljbffr
