What You’ll Do

• Execution: Assist skilled tradesmen (masons, waterproofers, roofers) with daily exterior restoration tasks, site preparation, and material handling.
• High-Elevation Work: Confidently and safely perform tasks on scaffolding, swing stages, and lifts at heights exceeding 100 feet.
• Safety: Maintain strict adherence to all OSHA and Atlantic safety protocols, including 100% tie-off compliance and fall protection standards.
• Site Maintenance: Keep the job site, staging areas, and equipment clean, organized, and secure at all times.
• Shift Flexibility: Work dynamic schedules, including night shifts, to accommodate specific project requirements and city regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience working as a laborer in commercial construction.
• No Fear of Heights: You must be completely comfortable and capable of working safely at heights greater than 100 feet.
• Safety Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of commercial construction safety protocols and a commitment to protecting yourself and your crew.
• Reliability: Consistent on-time attendance and your own reliable transportation to commute to various job sites across the Mid-Atlantic (including our Baltimore project).
• Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts as project schedules demand.
