We are growing our litigation team and are seeking a seasoned Commercial Litigation Attorney to help us handle a wide range of complex business disputes. In this role, you will lead and manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters while working closely with clients and colleagues in a collegial, team oriented environment. We are looking for an attorney who is comfortable taking ownership of cases, exercising strategic judgment, and mentoring others.

What You'll Do
  • Lead complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
  • Oversee cases from early assessment through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, ADR proceedings, and trial
  • Analyze legal and factual issues, conduct research, and prepare persuasive written advocacy
  • Develop litigation strategies and provide clear, practical guidance to clients regarding risk and outcomes
  • Appear on behalf of clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Resolve matters through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate
  • Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with support staff
  • Build trusted client relationships and support business development initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • At least 5+ years of meaningful commercial litigation experience
  • Admission to the Connecticut Bar
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Strong analytical, writing, and courtroom skills
  • Ability to manage demanding matters independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
