Job Description Job Description LCE Telecom Inc. is a well-established telecom infrastructure company serving major carriers such as T-Mobile, Verizon, and Crown Castle. We are now expanding into the HVAC and mechanical space. We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Operations Manager to lead and grow this new division. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale an HVAC operation backed by a financially strong company with established client relationships. PLEASE READ: We are a small but growing business. This position is part of a new department currently being developed. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Please do not apply if this salary does not meet your expectations. As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities for advancement, including potential salary increases. However, this is the salary range being offered at this time. Duties: Lead day-to-day HVAC commercial operations (service, maintenance, installations, etc.) Build and manage the HVAC field team (technicians and subcontractors) Develop service and maintenance commercial contracts with a focus on recurring revenue Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and job execution Ensure compliance with safety regulations, CSLB requirements, and company standards Manage job costing, budgets, and overall profitability Support business development and maintain client relationships Establish processes, SOPs, and operational structure for the HVAC division Qualifications: 5 years of HVAC experience ( experience may be a mix of commercial and residential, with at least 3 years in commercial required) 3 years in an operations leadership role Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and field operations Experience managing technicians, scheduling, and service workflows Understanding of job costing, margins, and P&L Ability to build and scale a team from the ground up C-20 license is a plus (not required) Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance bonuses tied to division growth Long-term growth opportunities into executive leadership Company vehicle or allowance Join us to lead and grow our commercial HVAC division with energy, expertise, and innovation.
