Clinical Care Manager

AHCA/NCAL is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to improve lives by delivering solutions for quality care by providing clinical and quality consulting and support services to AHCA/NCAL Solutions contracted networks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required. Clinical training is preferred but not required.
• Quality Improvement expertise required.
• Experience with QAPI and the Baldrige Criteria preferred.
• Minimum five years' work experience in healthcare setting, post-acute/long term care preferred.
• Experience in an association or other membership organization preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support Networks team with quality related activities to achieve clinical integration, including establishing and supporting a quality committee for each assigned network.
• Identify, define and participate in quality improvement strategies, initiatives and programs that improve quality outcomes and provider performance in Network-driven quality and clinical priority areas.
• Disseminate information, tools, care protocols and other resources to comply with network quality program expectations and utilize strategies to enhance the use and adoption of these tools and resources.
• Provide in-person training and educational sessions to Network members as necessary.
• Identify, develop and support measurement of adherence to Network-specific quality program requirements, including clinical protocols, quality metrics, or other requirements.
• Oversee and manage implementation of Alternative Payment Model (APM)
