Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop baristas and shift supervisors.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

Operations & Performance

• Oversee all store operations including opening, closing, and shift management.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure adherence to Starbucks’ operational and safety standards.
• Use performance tools and reports to track store success and identify growth opportunities.

Customer Experience

• Uphold Starbucks’ customer service standards and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and local community partners.
• Maintain store cleanliness, ambiance, and product quality.

Financial & Administrative Duties

• Monitor and manage store cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Analyze sales trends and create action plans to increase revenue.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions and corporate initiatives.

Brand Representation

• Model Starbucks’ mission and values in daily operations.
• Build community connections and represent the Starbucks brand with professionalism and care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in retail or food service management (typically 3+ years).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling effectively.
• Calm and decisive in fast-paced or challenging situations.
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and community involvement.
