Change Management/Business Analyst
Must be local to Charlotte - hybrid 3 days a week, interivew in person
no subvendors please
*Description*
1. Change-management daily duties: including in-house CRQ administration and Remedy navigation, based on software development life cycles.
2. Excellent documentation skills: Able to annotate actions steps from formal/informal meetings and oversee potential follow-ups, for items like:
o Slide deck preparation.
o Team accomplishment note-taking and talking-point consolidation
o Building Excel trackers. Able to annotate actions steps from formal/informal meetings and oversee potential follow-ups.
3. Top notch in-person and interpersonal/presentation skills. Able to present in rooms with managers - amid lightweight topics of finance/accounting/treasury.
4. Occasionally scrum master duty: managing standups, backlog reviews, and typical agile ceremonies.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.
