INEOS Grenadier Marin Sales Rep

INEOS Grenadier Marin is hiring energetic sales reps to help us introduce this new brand to the Bay Area market! This is a rare and unique opportunity to help both a new store and brand get off the ground! Previous car sales experience is always helpful but, not required, we're really looking for candidates who bring energy!

Additionally, qualified applicants individual should possess an track record of successfully working with customers and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Customer Facing background required
  • Energy/Passion required!
  • Must be able to pass background check.
  • Must have valid driver's license and a good driving
  • Must be able to get a CA DMV Sales LICENSE
  • An associate degree or a high school diploma (GED acceptable) .
  • A proven track record in motor vehicle sales would be advantageous.
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
  • The ability to work toward dealership sales goals while maintaining the client's best interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Be directly responsible for selling New and Pre-Owned vehicles, meeting volume and customer satisfaction standards as set at the sole discretion of the dealership.
  • Coordinate with the sales director and Used Car Manager to set used sales quotas.
  • Assist the Used Car Director in acquiring and preparing Pre-owned vehicles for sale.
  • Assist with New Car Sales as necessary
  • Manage a portfolio of customer leads
  • Maintain current knowledge and familiarity with products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes in the product.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections and road test before delivery to customer. Input client information and manage CRM portfolio of customers
  • Meet and Greet customers and clients professionally and courteously
  • Answer and follow up on leads
  • Helping Arranging the lot and making it presentable.
  • Provide financing options and apply for finance with various lenders
  • Lead customers in the signing of contracts, financial documents and DMV paperwork ? Set up and go on test drives for clients
  • Deliver vehicles to customers after purchase. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Utilize the delivery of any new or used vehicle to create an event that will facilitate customer loyalty to the dealership. Understand equity and values and be able to explain depreciation to customer.
  • Conduct telephone transactions courteously and promptly.
  • Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
  • Attend pertinent training and stay current with sales department concerns and sales techniques.
  • Attend regular sales meetings.
  • Occasionally create content for social media posts

Salary: $48K - $120,000/year
