What We Offer AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including: * Expected salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. * Commissions for new leases and renewals. * An Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working. * Additional Benefits listed below.
