POSITION SUMMARY

PRO*ACT is looking for an Accounting Summer Intern to support our team in a fast‑paced produce distribution environment. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience in accounting operations, reporting, and month‑end processes while working alongside a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable/receivable, including invoice entry and tracking Support data entry and maintenance of financial records Help with account and bank reconciliations Prepare spreadsheets and basic financial reports Assist with month‑end close tasks Organize and maintain digital documentation Support audit and compliance activities Contribute to process improvement or data clean‑up projects
