2nd Shift Welder

This role requires a skilled Welder to support manufacturing operations by fitting and welding metal components to precise specifications. The position involves reading blueprints, setting welding parameters, and producing consistent, high-quality welds while ensuring all finished parts meet quality standards. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced shop environment, including performing physical tasks and welding in various positions.

2nd Shift Welder Details:

• Temporary position
• $30.00 to $33.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 01:00am)

• Fit and weld metal parts using MIG and TIG processes to meet specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Set and adjust welding machine parameters
• Produce strong, clean, and consistent welds
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintain tools and a clean, organized work area

2nd Shift Welder Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of welding experience or related training
• Proficient with MIG welding processes and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and measurements
• Experience welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
• Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
